ACTRA Research Project

ACTRA is a NGO focused on reducing crime and violence in Columbia through group therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and chose this tool thanks to its cost effectiveness, research-based proofs, simplicity of implementation and human right based.

When ACTRA started out a year ago, they did a rough search of the evidence behind their Theory of Change, mostly based on the AIM / Charity Entrepreneurship report and structured it into a table per step.

This project would be focused on updating ACTRA’s evidence behind the ToC and produce an updated version of the evidence per step or a report style paper with one section per step in our ToC.

Here you find some additional background.
